Across the threshold lies Sanctum Samhain - a sanctuary where, on October 31, you can enter a space that was made for you. For your spirit. A place where your beloved dead awaits your arrival to celebrate the thinning of the veil - to celebrate what once was, and what is yet to come. Sanctum Samhain is sanctuary of potent magick where art and spirit meet as one. Where we can refill our deepest cups. Where we can use this liminal time of the fading light as a portal to bring idea into form.
Sanctum Samhain is a bridge between this world and the next, a place of celebration and reunion. Reunion of the self and what lies beyond.
Join us for a ritual from 6-7 that honors the year behind us and allows us to step into the dark part of the year with conscious intention. We will connect with our beloved dead, give them our love, and offer blessings that can be taken into the coming year.
Then, from 7-9, be a part of an immersive evening of ritual performance theater featuring artists from around the Bay Area bringing their magick to the stage.
Dress Code: Magick and Whimsy - No casual attire allowed!
Wear an ensemble that makes you feel your most magickal. We encourage cloaks, robes (do you have a Circus Something Cultist Robe?), lace, velvet, silk, crowns, head dresses, wings! What magickal creature lurks beneath your everyday self that is itching to be expressed?
